A target set in Cargo’s configuration (build.target in .cargo/config.toml, in --config or in CARGO_BUILD_TARGET) is now the one QuickRust prepares for, as for --target: QuickRust installs that target’s standard library on first use.
cargo run in a terminal no longer runs the program twice when the target comes from Cargo’s configuration and has a runner (a board flashed twice, a simulator started twice), and no longer fails when that target has no runner.
cargo run in a terminal no longer fails when a target’s runner is configured as one string (runner = "valgrind").
qrust path bin names the binary for the configured target, as the compiler names it for that target: app.exe for Windows, app.wasm for WebAssembly.
QuickRust reads Cargo’s configuration from the directory Cargo runs in, as Cargo does, not from the directory of --manifest-path.
