This nightly fixes a crash when closing a .machine editor tab.

- Fixed a macOS app crash that could happen when closing a tab opened for editing a
.machinefile. The editor teardown path now keeps the detached WebKit-backed editor view alive through the close cycle instead of releasing it too early. - Improved transient
.machineeditor stability during editor-source replacement flows, including cases where a transient file-backed editor becomes a library-backed machine editor. - Kept the recent folder/transmute fixes in place:
- folder-based transmute execution no longer silently fails because structural iteration edges were being mistaken for real multi-input fan-in
- mixed file/folder selections with no common source type now show a user-facing explanation instead of surfacing as an internal server error
- path streaming to the machine picker continues to arrive incrementally in dynamic batches
