Dispatch, acceptance, equivalence and specificity are decided by code generated from capdag’s
proved model, on tagged-urn’s model values. They are no longer implemented separately in each
language.
A request is a question about caps, not a cap. A side it leaves open is not established — it
is not the type “anything” — so capdag finds the caps that give what was asked for whatever
they take, and a request for an abstract cap reaches its concrete specializations. Libraries
1.823 read an open input as “anything” and found only caps that take everything.
A pattern’s open side asks nothing either: searching by cap:candle finds every cap tagged
candle.
A cap’s own tags are complete: a request for !x is served by a cap that does not have x.
“Could fit” is its own answer beside “is guaranteed to fit”. A cap that gives “some image” for
a request that needs a jpeg is reported as possible and is never routed to.
The model code is generated by the lungo release the libraries pin.
